Smash Students Shine in EMS's Matilda the Musical
We here at SMASH wanted to give a huge round of applause to some of our amazing students (and former students!) who are currently performing in the EMS production of Matilda the Musical!
We are so proud of each and every one of you for your dedication, creativity, and passion on stage. From energetic choreography to heartfelt solos, you've brought this story to life in the most incredible way—and we’re cheering you on every step of the way.
Tonight is the final performance, and if you haven’t had a chance to see it yet, we highly recommend grabbing a ticket and showing your support. It’s been such a joy watching our students shine outside the studio as part of this wonderful cast.
Even more impressively? Many of these same students are also preparing for SMASH ’s upcoming production of Newsies, opening next weekend. We’re beyond proud of their commitment to learning two musicals at once—a huge accomplishment for any performer!
Way to go, Smash kids. Your talent and work ethic continue to inspire us all.
